Ilene discusses her path to intrapreneurship and gives advice to other women looking to change their career paths and start their own businesses.
Be willing to push the envelope. It is important to feel the freedom to and successfully create and execute on new industry leading ideas. Present visionary ideas along with visuals– if you do not; nobody will. Hard work is important, but what really matters is results.
