Pamela J. Craig
Pamela J. Craig served as Accenture’s chief financial officer from 2006 through 2013. She served in a variety of leadership roles at Accenture during her 34 years with the company. Ms. Craig currently serves on company boards: Akamai Technologies, a worldwide provider of internet optimization services where she is chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee and Merck & Co., Inc. where she is chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Governance Committee. Pam served on Walmart's Board of Directors from 2013 to June 2017. Ms. Craig is an Advisory Board member of Spencer Stuart, a global executive search firm. Ms. Craig is actively involved in charitable organizations: The Committee of 200, a membership organization of women entrepreneurs and corporate innovators, Comprehensive Development, Inc., a non-profit that provides academic and social service support to at-risk students at three public high schools in Manhattan and the Women’s Forum of New York, where she is Co-Chair of the Corporate Board Initiative. Ms. Craig has a BA from Smith College and an MBA from NYU Stern School.
